Take up and pay off systems

Shiv offers a wide variety of take up and pay off systems.  All units are built on a rigid steel frame, electrowelded and stabilized, capable of handling rvibrations and any kind of rough working conditions.

Shiv basic range includes driven and non driven units, with different tensioning devices,all of which can be customized and designed on customers' needs.

Suitable reel dimensions range from 400 to 2500 mm.

All systems are manufactured  in accordance with EC rules and regulations.

• Reel lift by hydraulic pump, manually engaged

   

• Reel carrying shaft mounted on special radial ball bearings
• Traversing unit  type Uhing.
